Find relief from digestive issues and feel more confident about what you eat, including after a cancer diagnosis.

Personalised nutrition designed to support your life, not restrict it.

You're likely here because you've been experiencing digestive symptoms and aren't quite sure what's going on - or you feel like you've tried many approaches and still don't have answers.

I can help you to explore what's contributing to your symptoms and support you on the path towards lasting relief.

I work with people who want to understand their condition and feel more in control of their gut health. It doesn't matter if your symptoms have just begun, or you've been suffering for years, support is available.

Who am I, and how can I help?

Hi, I'm Hannah.

I'm a registered nutritionist and nutritional therapy practitioner with over 13 years in private practice.

I became a nutritionist because I love food, love to help people feel better and particularly love how food and health converge. My career has unfolded rather organically, focusing on research, writing and clinical practice.

My work focuses on understanding the why behind symptoms (not just managing them), and creating clear, evidence-based strategies that are realistic, sustainable and clinically sound.

I undertook postgraduate training in oncology nutrition after witnessing close friends and family members go through gruelling cancer treatments.

I live in Lagos in the southwest of Portugal, but my practice is virtual, allowing me to work with clients anywhere.

My Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Medicine, University of West London.

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition, University of Aberdeen.

  • Low FODMAP Diet training for health professionals, Monash University, Melbourne.

  • Systems Approach to Cancer for nutrition professionals, with Dr Nina Fuller Shavel.

  • Functional Herbal Therapy and Cancer with Dr Kerry Bone.

  • Functional Diagnostic Medicine with FMU.

  • A full, practising member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) since 2013.
